Ad lib improvised theatre Hello! Ad lib improvised theatre is one of Sweden´s most popular improv theatres. All three of us are professional actors who have worked extensively in improv. Ad lib has developed a storytelling form of improv where we try to focus on the stories rather just going for gags. We often work with a musician and let her concentrate on the music rather then just being a “sound-maker”. Our aim is to mix humour with stories that will touch our audience’s hearts and will stay with them, once they have left the theatre. In our shows Snapshot and X-akt we tried to give the audiensce the tools to create pictures in their minds, rather then just play the scenes on stage. We shall continue to work this way.
